Jamaican Fruit Cake or Jamaican Black Cake or Jamaican Christmas Cake is a spiced fruit cake. Jamaican Christmas celebration is not complete without a Jamaican Traditional Fruit Cake. Traditionally the fruit in Jamaican Fruit Cake is soaked in Red Wine and Rum for 6 months or more. Our "Spice" Cake is a less dense lighter version of the traditional cake.
