Shipping policy
Shipment Processing and Costs:Â Once an order is placed and processed, a tracking number will be provided to the customer. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, destination, delivery method, & the adult-signature requirement (alcohol only).
All Product Shipments
- 1. Please allow up to 7 Business days for an average order to be processed prior to being shipped. We will make every effort to process then ship out your orders as soon as possible.
- 2. No orders will be processed and shipped on Saturday or Sunday.Â
- 3. Shipments are fulfilled by USPS or UPS.
- 4. You are responsible for checking your order immediately upon delivery.Â
- 5. In the event an incorrect item was shipped, you must submit a photo along with your receipt or order number in an email to info@EastRoadBeverages.com.Â
Alcohol Shipments
- Â All of the above as well as the following below applies:
- 6. Shipments are fulfilled by UPS or FEDEX (alcohol) through Ground, Next Day Air, or Second Day Air.
-  7. All products delivered must be signed by an adult over the age of 21. Deliveries will not be left at any address or with any individual without such signature. Â
- 8. It is recommended to send your orders to a business address to prevent missed deliveries.
- 9. You are responsible for checking your order immediately upon delivery.Â
- 10. In the event an incorrect item was shipped, you must submit a photo of the sealed bottle along with your receipt or order number in an email to info@EastRoadBeverages.com.Â
- 11. If you fail to receive your order after the allocated number of attempts of delivery under the shipping agency’s policies, and the product is sent back, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
